Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment time to avoid being charged. A telehealth (Video/Phone) session can be scheduled in advance if you are unable to attend the session in person. 

Payment Methods

All major credit cards and debit cards accepted. We require a credit/debit card on file.

Payment is due at every session.

Private Pay – Please contact us for further details. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify.

Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, Cigna, Evernorth, Health Net, Humana, Medicare, MHN, Molina, Kaiser, Optum, United Healthcare.

Insurance clients – Please call member services so they can refer you to this practice. It is recommended that you confirm your copay when making this call. Your insurance may require authorization.

PPO and Out of Network Clients – Please check with your insurance regarding mental health services covered under your policy and the percentage they cover. Your insurance may require authorization.
