I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances for seven years. My goal is to help increase awareness and understanding of one’s emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that will ultimately set you up with an actionable path.

I use methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, exposure therapy, and mindfulness.
