Having grown up in Southern California, it’s an honor to be available to you to provide you with support during difficult times. I was fortunate to have been exposed to diversity both growing up and in my professional career. I have 22 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in various capacities in the mental health field.

I think it’s important to integrate the mind/body connection while not forgetting to include what makes us passionate, what makes us laugh, and smile. With all of this in mind, I use various theoretical approaches to suit your needs. I use mindfulness interventions—pulling from DBT—narrative interventions, and behavioral approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma informed care. I enjoy working with individual, couples, and families using these approaches.

I make it a point to engage in self-care as I hope to help you include self-care practices into your own routine. I enjoy going to Disneyland, meditating, reading, and playing video games with my family.
