Therapist Intern
Connecting to my clients is of utmost importance to me. Connecting to you is essential in assiting you to achieve your goals; I truly believe in actively being present for you. I openly listen to what is of significance to you and I non-judgmentally hear where you’re coming from and your life experiences.
I have worked with many populations such as children, teens, adults, families, POC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation Americans. I like to assist my clients in advocating for themselves and I advocate for those who are most vulnerable. I have helped those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, body image issues, racial inequities, BPD, and autism spectrum disorder.
I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and creative arts therapy. I personalize treatment to fit your needs and your lifestyle with the understanding that some interventions are not for everyone.Â
I’m looking forward to working with you!
