I was drawn to the field of mental health at a young age from experiences in my own life. I found it amazing how therapy could provide a safe place for growth, exploration, and acceptance. As a result of this, I made it a life goal to assist people on their therapeutic journeys and provide a safe, welcoming space for exploration and acceptance.
I create this type of environment with an eclectic approach that is based in trauma informed care drawing from existential, person centered and solution-focused theories.
I have worked with individuals on their therapeutic journeys such as marriages, children in school settings and have spent the past three years working with clients experiencing homelessness, crisis response, and transitioning into permanent housing.
Some things I enjoy doing aside from therapy is watching Lakers games, trying new foods, and going on hikes with my puppy, Rue.
I look forward to being a part of your therapeutic journey. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have about getting started with therapy.
